Salam,

Welcome to the forums.

Only URL's are restricted for new users. You should be able to post image links etc now. From what I remember the settings is on 3 or 5 posts.

Access is not limited by number of posts. For some sections you need to subscribe to the related usergroup.

What issues exactly are you encountering?
