I wanted to know what the members thought of replacing all the dates on forum or hereon to Islamic date.

This can help regular users keep track of Islamic date easily and in my opinion would be suitable.

If it is not set as an option, it will be difficult at first for those of us who are not used to it but insha'Allah it will help us re-orient and be better aware. Insha'Allah we can adjust quickly though it will be difficult at first.

The more I think about this, the more convinced I am that changing it is best. I'd say 'no options' but that would be forceful for others who may not share the same view. That said, we've got to take initiatives like this (masha'Allah); and insha'Allah, the more accessible it becomes, the more widespread and accepted its use will be.

It will take some time to get used to but getting back to basics on all levels will be worth it insha'Allah.

As suggested above, Perhaps Maulana if you can add the hijiri date on the side of the gregorian date, so both can be seen togather.
Only problem is that it might be a bit cluttered.
