There is a saying, not sure if it is relevant or correct, but anyway.

"Pets are for Life, Not for Charity"

If a pet cant be looked after, then it is best to give it its basic right of either freedom or hand it into the petshop.

Many Muslims cant take care of them selves, what will they with the poor pets.

By the way, thats jus my opinion. Cats were loved by the Prophet SAW and considered then as part of the furniture.

Wsalam,

Yes, by bidding for an item, you are committed to buying an item. Postage costs must be paid too if specified.

Paying for the item is the donated amount and the postage is the costs of the seller to send it.
