Its so sad that it had come to this point. Unfortunately this is not only rising in Middle East but all around the world.Turkey in recent years suffers from this greatly as well. This is why they shouldnt involve religion in politics. They should be seperate.
When the dead body of a jew passed by the Prophet (saws) who was standing with the Sahabah رضي الله عنه ..He (saws) blamed himself that how could his (saws) ummati die unsuccessful (no imaan) - he (saws) didn't blame others. (gist of the hadith)
In the late 70s his (saws) inheritor hazrathji maulana inam ul hasan (rh) let out a cry blaming himself that he didn't do anything to uproot all the irreligiousness in the world.
I recall one more, Amir ul Momineen Hadrath Abu Bakr's famous slogan: "Mere hotay hue deen mein kaise kami aa sakti hai?!!"
Sorry can't get the incident right now.
This cannot be undone and I am sure it will be greatly appreciated.
