You have chosen to ignore almost all points in my previous post.  And given nothing but textbook points, why chose to ignore the blatant (personal attact) disrespect of Ml Sa'ad?

Well, I'm not a Shaikh and its his first post (and you don't know him) and I only asked him to stay out of this. Sorry to br kanzoor if I've been rude.

I never knew markaz sells books, amazing, plus my brother is a Haafiz, Aalim, Mufti (Alhamdulillah) from Deoband (just my own example, I can give you many other) due to the effort and the saathis.

Ultimately due to the taufeeq of Allah.

See?

Was reluctant to add to this thread, as it is something that greatly frustrates me:

I've had someone very close to me who was left to fend for herself and children, with no emotional, physical and financial support. Not just for 10days or 40days, she was left 4mnths at a time.

Once I was invited to visit a sisters jamaat, a young girl with the jamaat, had left a 3mnth baby behind, she was made an example of sacrifice for the sake of Allah, as she stood to speak she could hardly speak a few wordswithout breaking down in tears at the mention of her baby....

Is this Deen?
Is this Jihaad?

Sister, there'll be a few bad apples (referring to no financial support incident), not what the elders advice, for everything else please read Hayatus Sahabah.

Yes I understand jamaat work, the work itself is commendable, some of its participants are commendable, but there is no selection method, everyone Is urged to participate, and as you state not all are good apples, rather rotten by my standards.

Clean your hearts before you attempt to clean those of others.

Sister please don't mind, but what you are saying is not on topic, so is it possible to move your posts (and my replies to your posts) to an appropriate thread?

What do you expect me to do? Behave in the manner in which you behave? Is that would Maulana Saad Saheb (db) would want? Or would he rather I just ignore their comments and continue doing the effort?
Also, you definitely do not know me. I haven't posted in a very long time and have rarely ever posted anyways and only 1 or 2 brothers know who I am.
I haven't taken offence at any of your comments.

Bro abu mohammed,

I don't think any markaz publishes and sells its own books. Was the book titled Sunnats and a very simple kitab with lists of all the sunnah actions actions for specific occasions? I think it's the one written by the well respected Mufti Ebrahim Salejee db of Estcourt, South Africa who is not a tablighi saathi afaik. The book was recommended to me so I'm thinking of getting it.

I didn't say the book was written or published by the Markaz, I simply said I bought the book from there.

In London, back in the early 90's there was a small book shop sort of thing where they sold miswaks, topis, books, Qur'ans etc etc. I don't know if that is in the new markaz, never been there!

My older brother is a doctor, my younger brother is a Microsoft engineer, my sister in law is a dentist and the list can go on. That doesn't justify anything does it?
Alhumdulillah your brother is who he is, but the saathis are who they are, it doesn't qualify them to give lectures or teach things and say they are Sunnah, does it?

Sorry, I don't know who the book was by. Its been around 20 years. But yes it was a simple book talking about Sunnahs but "No References".

Before you buy the book, make sure they have references for each Sunnah. This is for your own benefit.

Small examples:
What to do in shabe miraj (these acts were not Sunnah)
What to do in shabe barat (these acts were not Sunnah)
Which order to do things in (these methods were not Sunnah)

Dont get me wrong, I have posted positive threads and blogs on such topics.

*You came here

*You accused me of cringe-ful behavior

*I categorically laid out the reasons for such behavior (which in your thinking is bad)

*You avoided answering them

*What I expect from you is to accept they:

a. Failed in their duties

b. Were unfair in their affairs

c. Are biased

*The www is ridden with much serious stuff against our deoband / nizamuddin Ulamah by barelwis / anti madhabists - I don't respond to them, because its expected, but clearly in this case its not expected and hence the fallout.

-----------------------------

Sunnats by Mufti Salejee (or is it Mufti Desai / Majlis al Ulamah) is a great book, I have referred it here, see:

http://theijtema.com/2012/11/11/sunnah-the-squatty-potty-revolution/

I have a 2001 copy with me...(softcover)

You clearly have a hard time understanding, I said it because my bro got into Islamic studies due to the efforts of the tablighi saathis.
