the text.. yes its a bit small,

i am new though.. but is there any " new posts or today's posts" section or so?

p.s and i have started a thread on the editing and deleting of threads.. that too..

See top of the page where you have "RECENT POSTS" etc or see the Right hand side panel where "RECENT POSTS" is also visible.

If you've uploaded an image to the PC (in the post using the attachment tab) then open the image, copy the URL, edit the post and insert the URL in the image code.

Apologies, I didn't see the other thread.

Ok, so you know how to upload, but I would recommend you don't upload more than 2 images per post, it gets kind of confused.

Then if you wish to show your image without anyone downloading, insert the url into the like so,

[img]http://www.muftisays.com/forums/downloads/1001/Going%20in%20groups%20of%20three.JPG[/img]

Then the above will be displayed like so,

And if you want it any smaller, use the sizes of 200, 300, 400, etc like so,

[img200]http://www.muftisays.com/forums/downloads/1001/Going%20in%20groups%20of%20three.JPG[/img]

And that will appear like this inshaAllah.

As-Salaamu `Alaykum,

I have some suggestions, too.

(1) Links are often difficult to distinguish from normal text (for me) because of the color. I don't know if others have this problem too. If so, maybe the link color can be changed, or can be formatted to be underlined or bolded.

(2) I often "appreciate" and "bookmark" a topic. Originally, the "appreciate" button is a grayish color. When you click it, the thumb turns green. In contrast, the "bookmark" button originally has a green plus sign. When you click it, the plus sign turns red. This is confusing. Try it out and you will see what I mean. My suggestion is that the "bookmark" button should originally be red and turn green when you click it, to be consistent with the "appreciate" button's thumb turning green when you click it.

These suggestions may be considered insignificant, but I thought I might as well bring it to attention.

For most, the hyperlink turns brownish which just about stands out from the black. Otherwise, if members want, they can add bold and underline until the update I guess

I miss the random posts. I respect the decision of Maulana Yasin/moderators/admins of closing the random posts but it would be great if it was unlocked. Anyway this is just my opinion. As Mufti Menk says, "if you don't ask, you don't get it"
