Eid Toy Drive

Inshallah over these next two weeks we'll be taking part in a Eid Toy Drive, for the children of Palestine in time for their Eid Fitr, from now till 21st July organised by SmartArkEducationAid & SmartArk based in Tottenham. Full details on the below poster. Donations of arts & crafts, kids stationery, colouring sets, jigsaws, board games (nondice), puzzles are required (in new or as-good-as-newcondition). Large plastic/metal toys and battery powered toys are NOT accepted.

There is a local/Hackney drop off point in the E5 postcode and another drop off point in the Newham area – for full details please email/call the contacts mentioned in the poster.

Appeal has now closed due to full capacity! Alhumdolillah. Jazakallah to all those who prayed for the appeal and donated. Lots of smiling children's faces coming soon to a town/village in Palestine on Eid inshallah.

AslmsWW, the toys appeals is closed now as the amount that'll fit in the 7-8 very large transit boxes they have is full . Donations online can still be made but only until Saturday.

Alhumdolillah: the toys (Hackney) brothers and sisters collected for the 'Eid Toy Drive' for children in a village near Ramallah (West Bank, Palestine) reached Ramallah today. Currently its in the customs/security clearance depot.
