Two types of migration.

One to earn duniya exposing their imaan to danger, eternally exposing their children and grand children to zina.

One migration purely to get benefits of deen, duniya is secondary.

A resident of haram sending his female family members to New york purely to get duniya benefits.

Many Indians, Pakistanis and Bangladeshis choosing Haram to settle there. Although they had better opportunities in England, US and Canada. Now they are facing hardships, salaries halved, VAT, paying very high fees for their family members etc. But they say, "we will not leave haram".
Real Active mujahids in their entire life time

It's not easy to migrate to England, US and Canada for Indians, Pakistanis and Bangladeshis. Those that have settled in Haram would not have easily got in to West. I bet majority of them would travel to England, US and Canada from Haram if they could get in.

Everyone needs dollars to survive, it's the harsh reality. Easy to write money doesn't bring happiness.

Let me flip this post and say that those chose to settle in UK, USA and Canada from the subcontinent will get lots of rewards for establishing masajid, makatib, darul uloom, muslim schools and charities in countries where they are less than 5% of the population.

I am comparing with locals in haram. Not with migrants in west. A environment of jannath in haram to Newyork. Yaa Allah.

Also to migrants in west. you have risked by exposing your children and grand children to worst zina environment. So take extra care.

Yet in these Haram Environments Allah Ta'ala aids them and our Muslim Brothers and Sisters do the following:

-Shari' Purdah
-Grow beards
-Wear Niqaab and cover from head to Toe
-Enjoin Good and Forbid Evil
-Families who are second generation in and theirs daughters haven't seen the inside of a mall
-Men who lower their gaze

Mufti Shafi رحمه الله تعالى said the person teaching Qaidah in the west is equal in reward to the one teaching Bukhari in the East.

I'm not advocating staying here, because I know my family came here for money and a "better life". In the Era my Grandfather was in Karachi my uncle's were so heavily involved with Jamat Islami that it would have caused them to kill or be killed.

But during my time here and the life I spent here the drastic changes have made it such that In Sha Allah I will be doing Hijrah very soon.

I know 11 people first hand that have become atheist, this includes relatives and close friends. Now that they shut our Masjids down and Allah Ta'ala knows how long this will last, there is no reason for me and my family to be here any longer.

Read this Duaa morning and evening. اللهم واقية كواقية الوليد

With depth of my heart I do dua for a life in an "imaan healthy" environment. You can eat sookhi roti and tasteless water from your well. But it is worth to save your imaan and imaan of our children and grand children.

Yea that's the main priority.

Allhumdulillah have gotten the chance to witness Allah Ta'ala sustain me in the most magnificent ways. Start 1000 Istighfar daily with concentration and the doors open up.

One Buzurg was in the jungle for a while and daily Daal used to be given to him from the unseen. Another Buzurg came to the jungle and even though he just got there, everyday Biryani started coming for him. The first Buzurg made Duaa to Allah saying I have been here so long how come he gets better food. It was said to him that you left a regular home while he left a kingdom. (This story is in my own words)

Allah Ta'ala treats his slaves according to their sacrafice. Being a Canadian, American, British etc. Is no less then kingship in this day and age.

But Allhumdulillah have also trained my self and family for Daal (I really like Daal and the way my family makes it, better than most biryanis).
