For the first part of the question,

From 2015
www.aljazeera.com/indepth/features/2015/07/israel-india-g...
The beginning of an Israel-India ‘romance’?
India’s abstention from a UN vote condemning Israel over Gaza war marks a significant shift in its stance, experts say.

Last week, when the UN Human Rights Council voted on a resolution condemning Israel for its military offensive in Gaza last year, India chose to abstain.

Experts say this signalled a “significant” diplomatic shift in India’s policy towards Palestine. Last year, when the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHRC) voted to launch an inquiry to investigate "all violations of international human rights law and international humanitarian law" during the 50-day Gaza war, India had voted in favour.

Daniel Carmon, Israel’s ambassador to India, was quick to thank the world’s second-most populous country for its abstention.

'Shocking' decision

Speaking to the Hindu newspaper, the Palestinian ambassador to India termed its decision "shocking" and a "departure from New Delhi’s traditional position". Adnan Abu Alhaijaa said India’s policy shift seems to have been "affected by the burgeoning military relationship with Israel".......

When it comes to Pakstan..Its America but they normally use Saudi Arabia and U.A.E. to help apply diplomatic pressure on Pakistan. And also acting as a go between.

For example some years ago, it came to light that atleast some of the drone attacks carried out in Pakistan..Were being carried out from a derelict Pakistani airbase in Baluchistan.

When the media investigated this it was found that the U.A.E. had actually hired that air based on the pre-text if falconeering in deserts of Baluchistan and then sub-leased it to America. When the Pakistani media put on pressure for the airbase to be closed. The U.A.E. then sent a delegation to try and lobby Pakistan not to withdraw the lease.

Whatsmore both Saudi and U.A.E. had state visits from Modi during his term in office. Both have enhanced diplomatic ties with India.

Both took a very harsh political stance. Against Pakistan when it refused to participate in the war in Yemen.

Both have expressed anger at Pakistan for refusing to cut diplomatic ties with Qatar.

Pakistani government is openly praising United States for its role, along with Saudi,UAE,Qatar,Turkey...

So it could possibly be someone other than those countries. That leaves Afghanistan and Iran,in a position to harm Pakistan.

Pakistan does not hesitate to criticise afghan government when needed, and have named it in the past, nor will it hesitate now to tell the name of poor Afghanistan,so......

If they're not willing to mention the country...that means it is economically powerful.

And could use their power to impose diplomatic and economic sanctions on Pakistan..!

That leaves only one candidate behind the scenes..Where there is Israel then America is always with them.

And from what Pakistani media says ,strong diplomatic pressure was applied on Pakistan to release the Indian Pilot... That too unconditionally. The words "diplomatic pressure" translated mean economic and trade sanctions plus
labelling Pakistan a pariah state.

So out of the candidates on your list I can only imagine Turkey taking a pro-Pakistan or neautral stance.

Whatsmore both the Saudis and U.A.E. invited India to OIC conference as guest of honour. To spite Pakistan.

The triumvirate of India ,America, and Israel may have been involved in the military planning side of it...But it is clear the Saudis and U.A.E were involved in applying the "Diplomatic pressure"..Once the military skirmishes began.

The axis of evil even during the time of Prophet (saw) was the mushrikeen, Jews and Christians combined. Nothing has changed since then, it is still the mushrikeen (India), Jews (Israel) and Christians (America) joining hands to fight the Muslims.

At the moment America needs Pakistan,s help to solve afghan issue, trump wants to show something to his people on foreign policy front before the election process in America starts. He could not give good news on North Korea, nor in Syria, they don't want to fail in Afghanistan,so against the advise of his establishment,he wants to make peace with Taliban and gracefully withdraw. So right now, they will not get involved in such a nasty game, diplomatic pressure-yes,military pressure-No.

We are talking of military conspiracy !

As for OIC,they had invited Sushma suraj before current crisis started,so it was against diplomatic norms to withdraw invitation,at least that is what was their excuse. The truth is,they are still angry with Pakistan for refusing to send army to Yemen.Saudi has interests related to Pakistan,so they are helping Pakistan out.UAE have no such interests...

Coming back to my question,I suspect it is Iran...

I have no proof for it,so I invited your views.India is heavily investing in CHABAHAR,kulbashan jadeve was based in CHABAHAR and operating in Pakistani Baluchistan and Sindh.Uzair Baluch, the infamous terrorist in Karachi had Iranian passport.Iran was supporting northern alliance as against Sunni Pakistan friendly Taliban in Afghanistan.Iran routinely blames Pakistan for Sunni insurgency in Iranian Baluchistan, and interestingly exactly a day before or after Pulwama,a similar attack happened inside Iranian Baluchistan killing some 40 Iranian defence persons, and they blamed Pakistan for it.The similarities are striking....

I am not giving any conclusions, that will be unfair without evidence. The government may have it,I don't...

Off topic....

Can you please use your influence in bringing Muad khan back ?

I miss his analytical skills :(

It is unfortunate that he does not find us worthy of his company.

None of us are professional writers,we may,and we do commit mistakes,we are carried away by emotions sometimes,we may fail to express ourselves adequately at times, but we are learning,I promise :)

Can't he be a bit patient with us ?

Doesn't make a difference whether Pakistan's government praises USA or not. USA is her enemy. She wants to sell weapons to those who are fighting. She is more than eager for conflict to start in this region. She is a trouble maker. Afghanistan's "democratic" government is also Pakistan's enemy. Iran is also an enemy. It's very clear.

So India-Israel-USA-Iran-Secular Afghanistan are on one hand and Pakistan-Afghan Taliban(Islamic Emirate)-China-Russia are on other hand.

Update:
I don't know, for how long an Islamic Turkey will survive and remain...

All of this is pre-destined and has to happen. The leaders and governments are just pawns. The world is engulfed in Riba system and thus is at war with Allah and His Messenger SAWS. Therefore World War 3 has to happen. Humans are preparing for their own destruction.

Also, If no one will remain to buy their weapons in an all out war then also consider this that no one will remain to compete them and challenge their super power status and they have enough technology and expertise to figure out how to remain powerful and rule even without anybody being able to buy their weapons.

"By the Dawn;

And by the ten nights;

And by the even and the odds

And by the night when it departs,

Is there not in it an oath for man of understanding?

Have you not seen, what did your Lord with Aad?

The people of Iram excessively tall,

The like of whom have not been created in cities.

And with Thamud who hewed out rocks in the valley.

And with Firawn (Pharoah) who pilloried.

Those who transgressed in the cities.

And spread mischief therein

Therefore your Lord let down upon them the whip of torment with force.

Undoubtedly, nothing is absent from the sight of Your Lord."

(Surah Fajr)
