Because of this claim of yours:

''That has never been the case with our akabireen.''

Yeah go on. I want to hear the story of how our akabireen sought personal glory and positions of authority.

@fod1083:

It's better you confirm it to any senior graduate of DU who knows what caused the 'division' of DU.

@Muadh Khan:

Quote:
I fly to Karachi and I take over Darul- uloom Karachi and declare myself to be Ameer. Mufti Taqi Usmani (HA), Myufti Rafi Usmani (HA) are made to leave and migrate to Lahore.

This analogy is incorrect.

Edited ---
I removed these comments, I tried trolling Shura brothers.
Yesterday, I read a story in Maarif e Mathnavi. That made me remove this post,

What Am I going to earn or win or increasing my Islah winning by abusing other group member?
Same way, this is not concerning me now.
But I'm always with Nizamuddin...
Love you brothers///

Over 1 million Muslims are interned into concentration camps, right next door in China. These Ulama have NOT said a thing about Pakistani Government or putting pressure on China about it, at all. Instead, they think that Indian Ulama (Darul-uloom Deoband etc) are all unable so they can fly into India and solve the problem of Tableeghees.

intellectual, ... Nice thought
Many of us are not thinking in this manner,

In Jumma, Ulema has a good platform to advice people to grow Beard, Hijab, Stop Riba, etc.
But more focus on other aspects

I am.posting this here as it is a recent thread on tabligh.

Two days ago I went to a musala to pray and a brother from a visiting jamat started talking to me and then he asked when last I went in jaamat , how long I go in jamat for, and then basically he said we must go in jamat. Now this always happens when I encounter visiting jamats. I don't think tableeghis should go around making strangers feel they must go in jamat. Talk to people, let them you are in jamat and why, invite people to the programs where you can try to get them to join you if they can in a BALANCED way without exaggerations. But I don't like this method of going up to strangers in the masjid and making them feel they must go in jamat. The only other group that I experienced similar behaviour from was with Sh Zulfiqar Naqshbandi's mureed, and that wasn't even in the Masjid. Stop giving the impression that your group or activity is superior to others and some sort of fard.

I get that often too. Be sincere and tell them diplomatically you're not interested (if that's your position).

If they still kick of a fuss then take it up with the Ameer. That's what I said once and he made the brother who was going around like a colonel bugging others apologise to me.

Asslamualaikum

I have been a revert for 10 years now and Alhamdulilah I have done the effort of Dawah and Tablighi a week after I became Muslim. The horrible truth is that Indians and Pakistanis both want the chair. Tablighi has now become a power fight between certain individuals which is very upsetting

Someone answer this for me.. Before you answer please don’t post a silly response that I have heard 50 times please only quote from Quran and Sunnah. Not what haji Saab said in his 6 points.

1. If the ‘Shura’ “people in charge” are open sinners are we meant to follow them?

2. If one is creating diversions within the effort of tallish and going against the sunnah&quran should those individuals step down

3. Please tell me from Quran and Sunnah how “Tablighi Jamaat” is Acting according to the Quran and the Sunnah and they are not just following local traditions

4. Islam or leadership never passed down through lineage can anyone prove are tell me what effort Mr. Saad Sahib has made since leaving Madrassah,

5. Who should I follow, Blackburn or Dewsbury? Both of them are quoting Hadith and Quran ayaats in their efavour so who is distorting the truth and who is telling the truth?

AsSalaamuAlaykum, welcome to the forum.

Let's hope we can have specific answers from the members here as we have brothers from both sides.

Please be patient and weigh the evidence in light of shariah, make Istikhara and InshaAllah Allah will put Barakah in your decision making.
