Agreed with sipraomer,the next mujaddad,most likely,will be Syedena Mahdi. Most of the major signs will come AFTER him not BEFORE. Please note the world will live for sometime even after Syedena Mahdi and Syedena Eisa Ø¹Ù„ÛŒÛ Ø§Ù„Ø³Ù„Ø§Ù…

For example :
1. Dajjal will appear sometimes during the life of Syedena Mahdi,when he will be busy in Qital against kuffar and suddenly the news will spread that Dajjal has emerged. That news will be proved false, but soon after Dajjal will truly emerge
2. Sayyidina Eisa AS will appear when Syedena Mahdi and his army will be besieged by Dajjal,the Momineen will be exhausted and short of food,and then one morning before Fajar prayer Syedena Eisa Ø¹Ù„ÛŒÛ Ø³Ù„Ø§Ù… will descend...Syedena Mahdi would be on Musalla and Iqama for salat would have been said.Syedena Mahdi would invite the Holy prophet Eisa Ø¹Ù„ÛŒÛ Ø§Ù„Ø³Ù„Ø§Ù… to lead the prayer, but He would decline asking Syedena Mahdi to continue
3. Yajuj Majuj will appear in the life of Syedena Eisa Ø¹Ù„ÛŒÛ Ø§Ù„Ø³Ù„Ø§Ù…ØŒwe donâ€™t know if Syedena Mahdi would be alive by then...as he would pass away soon after completion of his mission and his funeral prayers would be said by Syedena Eisa Ø¹Ù„ÛŒÛ Ø§Ù„Ø³Ù„Ø§Ù… and momineen,while Syedena Eisa Ø¹Ù„ÛŒÛ Ø§Ù„Ø³Ù„Ø§Ù… will look after the affairs of Umma for a longer period of time.
4. Rising of sun from the west and setting in the east,will be towards the very end of the world,after which eeman will not be accepted from those not already momin.
5. Three major earth quakes : we donâ€™t know the time line for that...
6. The Beast who will mark the inhabitants of heaven and hell ,again we donâ€™t know exactly when,but looks like towards the very end when both Syedena Eisa Ø¹Ù„ÛŒÛ Ø§Ù„Ø³Ù„Ø§Ù… and Syedena Mahdi would be no more in this world.( not sure though)
7. The breeze which will take away life of the mumineen before qiyamah. ( obviously it looks like happening very close to qiamah)

Looks like Syedena Mahdi will apppear after minor signs only...and most of the major signs will follow during and after his life.

One more thing,even some minor signs are still awaited,like the fall of Turkey to kuffar,( and more importantly the extension of kuffar rule upto Khyber in Saudi Arabia,in other words â€œestablishment of greater Israelâ€) but you might have noticed events are happening very fast,as if nature has pressed the â€˜fast forwardâ€™ button.Things that used to happen in decades now happen in months and years.We May see events happening very fast,setting the stage for Syedena Mahdi....

Syedena Mahdi will be gifted with qualities suited best to his status and once he appears the ummah will gather around him to make the â€˜impossibleâ€™ possible....

i doubt the ummah will be able to gather around him as there will probably be many obstacles placed in the way, especially for those who do not live near to where the events will take place, or for those who live in countries that will be opposed to the mahdi and opposed to the mahdis predecessors. i doubt some forces will allow muslims to freely travel to and join the mahdi. so if you think the time is close then you need to make sure you are positioned in a way that will allow you to reach him.

Also,this concept of mujaddad needs a little bit clarification in light of what uluma has written about it.Mujaddad can be just one person (if he is given exceptional qualities) or there may be many mujaddad,s for different fields (like jihad,Ilm,dawa,tasawwuf etc).A mujaddad can even be different for different localities like a different mujaddad for Arab lands,India,Africa etc, in which case it becomes difficult to pinpoint one single person as a mujaddad. Allah knows best
