(salam)

Darululoom Deoband has officially banned the work of Tableegh at the Madrassah as of fatwa posted yesterday. They stated reasons that matters grew so ugly as resulting in physical clashes between students over the issue at Nizamuddin.

They have stated that until the issue is resolved and unity achieved, the work remains banned at Darul uloom Deoband.

May Allah سبحانه وتعالى make things easy for the ummah.. Ameen..

wa Assalam..

Salam respected dr76,

Where are the elders like professor nadir sab based now?

A big mufti is saying that don't go jamat for long periods, however 3 days is good. He praised the effort but also said there should be a limit.

Wa Alaikum Assalam w.w.

Hazrat Dr nadir Ali Khan sahab (db) resides at Aligarh now. He has also left Markaz Nizamuddin due to the situation there.
He and many of these elders are not in good health. The pain endured by their hearts is more than what they might be physically going through.

I am from Aligarh but I also consider myself a Deobandi. I am not a Tablighi for I have not spent even three day in Jama-at but I have highest opinion regarding this work. Unfortunately I fail to appreciate Dar-ul-Uloom's stand on the issue of internal squibble of Jama-at. Jama-at work being a work of Ummah can not be a family heritage. Deen is simple, Islam is simple ans so is Jama-at work - we can see it with open eyes. To indulge in booth capturing using the muscle power of our innocent Mewati Muslim brothers is an act of aggression and Dar-ul-Uloom should take note of it - particularly now that the Dar-ul-Uloom has admitted that the Jama-at dispute is well known to the public.

For the record being an outsider I can not discuss it with Dr Nadir Ali Khan Sahab whose health is in a very fragile state.

We have so many divisions in Ummah and now we have one more - very sad indeed.

I am a Tableeghi and my heart bleeds witnessing these events. I also agree with your thoughts.

Although I have some ideas which I don't want to share in public :)

May Allah Ta'ala assist this Deen and those who are involved in the effort (Ameen).

Haji Bostaan Saheb has issued a statement that this is not the decision of UK Shura and a number of facts in this statement are misleading

He says that the discussion with the Dewsbury Markaz were about sending British Jamaats to Bangalore (instead of Nizamuddin), there was nothing about World Shura

I can understand your concerns Maripat.and we all share your concerns !
Sometimes the fitna gets inflamed when we try to diffuse it, and those who try to put it off fall straight into it without even knowing it.Let the fire not spread to other works of Din as well...
Dua in such situations is an effort equal to or better than other efforts.

(salam)

like a poet said :

Mera azm itna buland hai.. ke paraye sholon ka darr nahin..
Mujhe khauf aatish e gul se hai.. ke kaheen chaman ko jala na de..

My resolve is so high.. that i remain fearless of other flames..
My fear rests with the blaze of flowers.. lest they may burn the garden down..

duas..

wa Assalam..
