In France after picking groceries in the supermarket, a Niqabi sister stood in the line to pay. After a few minutes, her turn came up at the checkout counter.

The checkout girl was a non-Hijaabi Arab Muslim girl, began to scan the items of the Niqabi sister one by one, and after a while looked at her with arrogance and said: "We have many problems in this country & your Niqab is one of them!
We, ...immigrants, are here for trade and not to show our Deen or history! If you want to practice your Deen and wear Niqaab then go back to your Arab country and do whatever you want!!"

The Niqaabi sister stopped putting her grocery in the bag and lifted up her Niqaab...

The checkout girl was in total shock. The Niqabi girl who was blonde with blue eyes told her: "I am a French girl, not an Arab immigrant. This is my country and THIS IS MY ISLAM.
You born Muslims sold your Deen and we bought it from you!"

it is quite noticeable that some amongst our own are not in favour of the niqaab and would rather we joined them! These days it is felt that it is our fellow Brethren who are actually more against us than others....Ya ALLAH!

May Allah protect the women of this Ummah and give us the strength Aaameen......

Many of the People of the Scripture wish they could turn you back to disbelief after you have believed, out of envy from themselves [even] after the truth has become clear to them. [2:109]

They wish you would disbelieve as they disbelieved so you would be alike. [4:89]

Then do not obey the deniers. They wish that you would soften [in your position], so they would soften [toward you]. [68:8-9]

Although the above verses are talking about kuffar, this is the attitude of many non-practicing Muslims today. They desire nothing more than that we leave our deen and assimilate to there lifestyle of fisq and fujoor. It greatly pains them when they see us expressing our Islaam.

May Allah protect us from fussaaq and fujjaar and keep us firm on the deen despite opposition from family, friends, or others.

The story hit the internet back in 2012, possibly started in the month of May.

True or false doesn't really matter, it's the moral of the story that is important.

I'm just asking, cause subhanAllah this same waqi'ah occured to a sister in brussel in public transport, an arab girl dressed in prostitute was making fun of a niqabi and telling her to go back to her country, but then the niqabi convert told it is she that should go back to her country.

Since the topic is "Niqab Vs No Niqab"

Did you read/hear the latest story from Saudi Arabia of Shaykh Ahmed Al-Ghamadi and his view of the Non Niqab. He went on television with his wife without the veil and was promoting his views.

A Saudi cleric caused massive controversy this week when he said on a prominent television program that contrary to what some Muslims believe, women are NOT required to wear the niqab (face veil) and are allowed to use make-up and other beauty products.

To further strengthen his argument, Sheikh Ahmad al-Ghamidi brought his wife UNVEILED to last Saturday’s "Badria," a talk show hosted by the renowned Saudi media personality Badria al-Bishr on Al Arabiya’s sister channel, MBC. (Episode can be watched here).

Ghamdi, who is a former head of the Holy City of Makkah’s branch of the Saudi Committee for Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice (commonly known as the Religious Police), was discussing a fatwa (religious edict) which he had issued previously, permitting women to show their faces and wear make-up.

As expected, his views were not welcomed by some ultra-conservatives who opted, as was apparent on social media, to attack him than to argue with his religious argument which states that Islam DOESN’T require women to cover their faces.

According to the Saudi local newspaper al-Watan, Sheikh Al Ghamdi also “received threats.”

Sometimes when people don't want to do something that's right they make it out to be wrong.

If someone can't or don't want to do something, they shouldn't ever justify it by making it out to be wrong.

Can you imagine that, "amr-bil-maroof-wa-nahi-anil-munkar" and compare that to the Taliban's department of amr-bil-maroof-wa-nahi-anil-munkar.

Seriously, they got priority issues.

Saudi grand mufti reacts to face veil remarks

Saudi Arabia’s grand mufti has asked the former Makkah chief of the country’s religious police to repent.

By Staff writer | Al Arabiya News
Wednesday, 17 December 2014

Saudi Arabia’s grand mufti has asked the former Makkah chief of the country’s religious police to repent for his recent comments on the niqab, or face veil, the Saudi Gazette reported Wednesday.

Former Makkah chief of Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice Sheikh Ahmad al-Ghamdi this week said women were not required to wear niqab on a local program presented by Dr. Badriya Al-Bishr, a prominent Saudi media personality.

Grand Mufti Sheikh Abdulaziz Aal Alsheikh retorted that there are Quranic verses that say hijab (head cover) is obligatory for each and every Muslim woman and that women should also cover their faces, MBC.net reported.

The grand mufti said some scholars claim that it was permissible in the Shariah for women to uncover their faces and that face covering is a social habit, not a religious obligation. “This is wrong. Face covering is obligatory in the Shariah. That’s why a man who proposes to a woman can only see her face during engagement,” he said.

“Some of our Muslim brothers, May Allah guide them to the right path, embarrass their wives in front of the public. This act reflects stubbornness on their part. It’s a dangerous thing. I pray to Allah to make them repent and guide everyone to the right path,” Alsheikh said.

"the Niqabi sister stood in the line to pay.."
A True story from nowadays:

After picking groceries in the supermarket, the Niqabi sister stood in the line to pay. After
few minutes, her turn came up at the checkout counter.

The checkout girl who was non Hijabi Arab Muslim girl started to scan the items of the
Niqabi sister one buy one and then she looked at her with arrogance and said :”we have in
France many problems,… your Niqab is one of them!!

We, immigrants, are here for trade and not to show our Deen or history! If you want to practice your Deen and wear Niqab then go back to your Arab country and do whatever you want!!” The Niqabi sister stopped putting her grocery in the bag and took off her Niqab…

The checkout girl was in total shock! The Niqabi girl who was blond with blue eyes told her:”I am a French girl, not an Arab immigrant! This is my country and THIS IS MY ISLAM!! You born Muslims sold your Deen and we bought it from you!”
end of story

This is a fact! Many revert Muslims have stronger faith than born Muslims! SubhanAllah!

Allah says;
وَإِن تَتَوَلَّوْا يَسْتَبْدِلْ قَوْمًا غَيْرَكُمْ ثُمَّ لَا يَكُونُوا أَمْثَالَكُم
And if you turn away, He (Allah) will replace you with another people; then they will not be the likes of you... (Quran Muhammad 47:38)

Indeed, ”Islam began a stranger and, then, it will return as it began. Then success is to the strangers!”
