BEST PRAYER IN CONGREGATION

It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar [may Allah be pleased with him] said: The Messenger [peace be upon him] said: "The best prayer before Allah is Fajr prayer on Friday in congregation." [Bayhaqi]



JUMU'AH REMINDER

Coming early to Jumu'ah salah brings a great reward. What will you get this Friday?

Allah's Messenger [peace be upon him] said: "On Friday, the angels stand at every door of the mosque and record the people in the order of their arrival, and when the Imam sits [on the pulpit for delivering the sermon] they fold up their sheets [manuscripts of the Qur'an] and listen to the mentioning [of Allah]. And he who comes early is like one who offers a she−camel as a sacrifice, the next like one who offers a cow, the next a ram, the next a hen, the next an egg". [Muslim]




JUMU'AH REMINDER

Do you want a week worth of your minor sins forgiven? Here's how...

The Prophet [peace be upon him] said: "Whoever takes a bath on Friday, purifies himself as much as he can, then uses his [hair] oil or perfumes himself with the scent of his house, then proceeds [for Jumu'ah prayer] and does not separate two persons sitting together [in the mosque], then prays as much as [Allah swt has] written for him and then remains silent while the Imam is delivering the Khutba, his sins in between the present and the last Friday would be forgiven". [Bukhari]



DON'T FORGET TO MAKE DUA

On Friday there is an hour when, if a Muslim happens to pray at that time and ask Allah swt for something good, He will give it to him. [Bukhari and Muslim]
