Nothing wrong in collective dua after burial. When some one near and dear dies, the protester will arrange of a majlis-e-dua an hour later in a masjid or at home? So people will not gather again for a majlis-e-dua, why not have a dua in burial ground itself.

I shall not impose my taqwa on others.

What about "dua Ijlaas" for the respected scholar who gave fatwa of dua on grave is bid'ah.
