The following is a Hadith I have read in a book called "The Miracles Of The Messenger, Peace be upon Him. This is a Darussalam publication (Salafi) which I got from Madina.

"whenever a people sit in a meeting-place (Fee Majlis Yadhkuruna-Allah) and remember Allah, they are surrounded by angels and enveloped in mercy, and tranquility descends upon them as they remember Allah; and Allah makes mention of them to those with him"

Reported by Muslim (2700) and Al-Baghawi (1240).
