Seekers Quest Series - 1) Adab: A Forgotten Sunnah Of Seeking Knowledge
By Sheikh ul hadith Mufti Abu Nauman Abdur Raheem
I have always admired the respectful approach of Darul Uloom students to their teachers.
This Adab [respect] in previous times was not taught because it was hereditary and normal, but nowadays it is taught due to the deterioration of knowledge and scholars.
BUT, people like yourself and I are even deprived from this.
Alhumdulilah Sheikh ul hadith Mufti Abu Nauman Abdur Raheem gives us some valuable time and with it some value advice about respect, and etiquettes of seeking knowledge.
Due to lack of this respect and under the disingenuous title of "Qur'an and Sunnah", people justify the disrespect of Qur'an, Rasoolulah [saw], Sahabah and Scholars e.t.c.
May Allah grant us the true sunnah and approach of the Salaf and not just proclaim fancy slogans with no substance.
