Hadhrat Anas (R.A.) narrates that Rasulullaah (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) said, "The person possessing three qualities shall taste the sweetness of Imaan. The first is that he loves Allaah and His Nabi (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) more than anything else. The second is that he loves others solely for the sake of Allaah. The third is that once Allaah has rescued him from kufr, he detests returning to it as much as he detests being cast into a fire." [Bukhari Vol. 1, Pg. 7]

Hadhrat Anas (radiallaahu 'anh) also narrates that the Nabi (sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "None can possess true Imaan until I am more beloved to him than his parents, children and the entire humanity." (Bukhari)
