| How To Deal With Deviants/Innovators In An Islamic State
Because we want to safeguard our deen, we wage jihaad against the deviants and the apostates. Whenever you have an Islaamic State and somebody is spreading the wrong aqeeda, his punishment is that he should be executed.
But before you do this, you send somebody to debate with them. And after you have debated with them, those who make Tawbah and return to Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah, you lift the sword from his neck. But if he insists on continuing to be a Barelwi, a Qadiani, or a Shia, or a supporter of Kufr, like the Saudi Salafis, you have to chop off his head.
And the evidence for this is that when the Khawaarij were spreading wrong aqeeda, Ali (R.A. - who was the caliph at the time) sent Ibn 'Abbas (R.A.) to debate with them. And after Ibn 'Abbas (R.A.) debated with them and they were defeated, 'Ali (R.A.) told those who want to be saved to come back to Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah. And those who remain as Khawaarij 'Ali (R.A.) killed them.
So, when there is an Islamic State, if you see a Barelwi you have to cut off his head. So if you should have Shari'ah in Pakistan, Bangladesh or Turkey, maybe half of the population will be killed. Barelwees!
Also, if you have a Shari'ah, the people who are Shia you have to chop off their heads. And Ali (R.A.) dug a trench and dumped the Shia inside and burned them. And they used to say Ali (R.A.) was Allah, and they said, 'O Ali, you are Allah, look you are burning us with fire and only Allah punishes with fire, so you have to be Allah.' And they refused to make Tawbah.
So this is the Sunnah of the Four Rightly Guided Calips (radiallahu anhum ajma'een), as was demonstrated by 'Ali Ibn Abi Talib (R.A.) against the Khawaarij. Once you establish Shari'ah, if you catch a Qadiani you kill him, if you catch a Shia you kill him, if you catch a Barelwi you chop off his head, etc.
